I just needed a place to relieve my feelings

I should preface this by letting you know that I have no money. At all.

Ok so anyways I was minding my own business just now when I got this email from Skullcandy saying they re-released their old Icon headphones (anyone even remember those anymore lol) and I was like, "alright im getting some" so I went on their website and saw they were $50, at which point I remembered I didn't have any money. As I went to close the page, I read, "limited edition" or something and I paused long enough to also notice, "free beanie with purchase" at which point I realized that I just BARELY got paid today. SO I caved.

Tl; dr -> worth it, instead of eating for the next week I'm gonna look cool listening to cool music this winter

I bought a few pairs last year because I thought they were going to be discontinued for good. They were just changing them to wireless. Oh well still saved 30 per pair
 
On the bright side, you have headphones for life. When they break, just send back for replacements. I bought one pair of ear buds 10 years ago and have replaced 3 times with warranty no problems at all.

The crushr headphones are dope too. Decent price for the sound and bass

Heck yeah, do they still do that? I used to do that but now it says 2 year warranty which scares me

They've stolen everyone's money who has bought a pair of their shitty quality headphones. If you can't tell they sound like garbage then you've probably only ever used iPod earbuds.

This thread is about as dumb as a skullcandy beanie... but I also just found three pairs of those headphones the other day. The foam on the basic ones is like falling apart and they're a piece of shit. Wonder if they'll warranty them. The fancy ones with the pad and the stretchy fabric on the ears are still mint.
 
Uhh save your pennies and don't waste your money on shit you don't need. If we're talking headphones for skiing, I used to fw the fix in ears cause they were the only ones that wouldn't constantly fall out while skiing. Now I use airpods and they're the best skiing headphones I've ever used. They let in enough air that I can hear what's going on, I can use the tap controls right on my ears with gloves on to pause/skip, and sound control through my pocket on my phone works fine. Only downside is I ski for more than 2 hours at a time, so I have to put them in the charging case every now and then. They don't really ever fall out but if they did they'd be caught inside my bibs.

Hahaha I saw they did that and I felt so ripped off ? have been skiing with them though and they rock!!
 
But they were only cool cause when you landed somethin steeeezzy and afterbanged with the heaviest of heads all the way down the hill, they'd fly off and dangle from the cord and you ride away like you dont give af. But now when you afterbang, they just fly off hit the ground, and then you gotta find them.
