Skullcandy link pack help

My backpack worked great for about a week. But now its haviing a problem. The sound still comes out but its very quiet. I put new batteries in and turned the volume up, but no luck. Any help?

Isn't SK supposed to have some great warranty? Just warranty that shit. If not, next time don't buy products from a shitty company (unless it was a gift or something)

Yeah it was s gift. But I'll look into the warranty.
