We agreed on a price for a jacket, $40 Canadian. I sent it out, he received it. He then told me he was sending it. He then told me that he got his statement back from the bank saying he only got $9.15 out of the $40 after shipping, etc. Not my fault, but he says he wont sell em stuff anymore, fine, I understand I guess. I was told on November 16, 2006 that my jacket should be here in a few days. He said it was shipped economy, so it could take awhile, sure. Tells me on January 4th he's gonna refund my money since I havent gotten it yet, and he's "called and emailed" and heard nothing back. He then tells me he's gonna just ship me the jacket (but wait..I thought he already had? BULLSHIT) with some other extras in order to regain his good seller status. September 11, he says "this is the second time I've shipped it and its come back, Im not dealing with this anymore"

So basically, he tells me he's gonna send it, then he gets pissed that he didnt make enough money (despite agreeing on the price beforehand) and probably decides not to send it. I ask him multiple times and he doesnt reply, finally he says he'll send it with some other extras in order for me to stop telling people he sucks at selling. He then doesnt deliver on THAT either.
