I have 2 pairs of icons that have both been through some good skiing crashes and they still look and work like they're new.
 
everyone told me my TI's would break really quick

Usually they are really cool about warranty, I have never had them not warranty something and I have warrantied multiple pairs for an array of reasons.
 
seeing as how you can get the gift pack for the icons off of zumiez right now for 15 its not really that good of a deal for icons

same here, sort of pisses me off, but then again, every pair of earphones/headphones i've owned has broken at some time.
 
SK's warranty is actually sick.

you dont even have to pay for shipping for the full headphones, just the plug.

and its a 3 week turnaround in Canada, which is i guess slow,

but also reasonable.

im not even sure who would go for the 50% agressive listening discount when you can send in the plug becuase they dont know what happened to the actual headphones. You may as well just get a new pair free.
