haha i was in hte exact same position at the begining of winter. i got the TIs, and then my friend got the crushers. I WISH I GOT THE CRUSHERS! they are so much better! the TIs r just like regualr good headphones. but hte crushers....o man. its so amazing. its like ur emcompased in sound and vibrations.
 
skullcrushers have way much better base, so if youre into rap go for those. if you dj or into mixed tunes, go for the tis.
 
if u liek any bit of bass in any way shape or form get hte crushers. like if u dont like the way a car system sounds with some subs in the back, i guess maybe theyre not for u. but who dosent like that?
 
I too was in this position in Febuary. I went with the Skullcrushers. The bass is reall intense, but when they say "vibrating subwoofers" they mean vibrating subwoofers. The vibrations gave me a headache if I listened to them for a while, or with the bass turned up high. The sound of them is good though. The only thing is about a month ago the tweeter stopped working in my right ear, so now if I listen to them I get bass and trebble in the left and only bass in the right, talk about giving you a headache. I then just sucked it up and bought Sony MDR-V700. They are sick, so much better sound than the SkullCandy, and if you buy them at www.BHPhotoVideo.com they are only $30 more, and its worth it.
 
I got the TI i like them alot, my friend has the skullcrushers, the bass is crazy, almost too crazy, but like one guy said, you listen to mainly rap with bass get the skullcrushers, but if you are into a whole slew of shit, get the TIs
 
im gettin the ti's because iv heard the base on the crushers can be overwhelming and the ti's already have good base, so they just seem like the logical choice
 
TI's are built better, but skullcrushers are better for rap like everyones been saying. personally i'd get the TI's although i do listen to quite an array of music.
 
next years r so much better- i saw them cause i work at best bbuy- i get insane discount- skullcrushers for 27 bucks
 
well id say drop the pussy skull candy shit and get some bose quiet comfort 2 or 3's the

bass is fuckiing amazing and the overall sound is great, they are alot more durable and they are the best headphones you can find, and on top of all that you get a warranty, they bust, you get a free new pair how can u go wrong
 
for sure get teh skull crushers. they are so dope. i have the tis and they're really bulky so they're not that great for riding. the skull crushers are dope because it sounds like a car audio system on your head. it's sick
 
SkullCrushers are definitely my choice. I own a pair and I'm in love with them. Not only is the subwoofer completely amazing, But the fact that they fold up is really nice.
 
I just got some white Ti's and I LOVEEE them. So nice, base is perfect for the kind of things I listen to (Rap, Reggae, Rock, etc etc) and they keep my ears way warm when im skiing. Can't go wrong
 
For fucks sake does nobody check dates on here? This thread is 2 years old! I think he's already made up his mind. Stop bumping old useless threads.
 
i just got the crushers at FYE today for 30 dollars !!! i couldnt believe it 50 dollars off orig price.

and so far im very pleased. theyre pretty sck with the bass. big difference from regular headphones.

so if you know of any FYE stores in your area check to see if they have them before dropping 80 bucks.
