They are junk.  Very good marketing, little else.  Stick to companies that have a strong history of quality audio engineering.  Just because you see all these pros with them and they have cool colors, graphics, etc, does nothing for sound quality.
As an example, the Hesh has a 50mm driver with a large enclosure, yet a rated frequency response low end of 100Hz.  That's seriously pathetic.
If they sound good to you, and you're happy with them, more power to you.  But that just shows that you really don't know what constitutes good sound quality.  Then again most people these days think 128kbps MP3s sound good or is "CD quality."  Poor quality source material (read 128kbps MP3) makes for poor sound regardless of the quality of the headphones.
