Skull Candy warranty

I did search bar and only found buying and selling so if there is a thread on this, i really dont care. but anyways,

I recently sent in two of my broken skull candies (icons and titans) for warranty replacement (both with right ear failures). I know it says that it can take up to 4 weeks to process im just wondering if this is how long it actually takes. anyone have any experience in with this? any help is much appreciated. thanks
 
who knows, they could do something about it or they could not. all up to them

mine took over a year...
 
Call them to check status....Just be polite and if they dont help you keep asking to speak to their supervisor to tell them how well they did, then finally someone should be able to help you
 
I had my skull candy headphones take about 4 weeks to get warrantied. Give them a call. They're all really nice guys.
 
I sent in a pair, and a brand new pair of next seasons buds came 6 days later

Great design, shit quality, awesome customer service
 
thanks guys +k i just got an email saying they will replace it and i should get new ones in a couple weeks. so im pumped
 
ive sent in like 5 pairs. it can take a long time. it best to just send them in and forget about it. it makes a great day half a year later when you come home and find a box in your front door from skullcandy
 
Ive sent mine in from canada, got them returned to the states and back on my ears in less then 2 weeks.
 
if you want an update, call them, otherwise they will call you when it gets shipped. when i sent in some a few years ago it took about 2 weeks. i was in pc last week and little did i know i was staying across the street from their main offices, walked in with my bunk icons and they replaced them on the spot. they have some damn good customer service, maybe if you call them they will do it sooner who knows.
 
i did the same they didnt even make me send in my broken ones just give it some more time and if not go to their site and shoot them an email
 
their great!!! I didn't have a receipt for my Icons, and the wiring started to short out in both ears. so I sent them in and explained my situation and they said they would send me a new pair of Icon soft's. I got an e-mail about a week and a half after they had been sent in, that said my order had been processed and to allow up to 2 weeks to ship. and that was about how long it took. BUT I live in Canada so it probably got held up at customs which is why it took a bit longer then normal. Overall very satisfied and very much worth the time.
