how can you guys dis the guys that helped start this shit? if it wasnt for the line team back in the day, everyone would still be fine with ugly mute grabds and arms-in-the-air railsilides. those guys helped make style important. i dont think he should be on the PRO team, but i hope line doesnt just drop him on his ass. that would be shady as fuck. him and mike have been with line since the beggining.

actually the mike nick pro comes in a 178, and 158, the exact same sizes the skogen comes in. hmmm they also have the exact same specs.

anyone who dis's skogen or mike nick doesnt know what there talking about. mick nick was the first 'tanner hall' of the sport and skogen along with a select few were the first to push style as equily if not more important aspaect of skiing as difficuly tricks not to mention hes like the first person to do stuff unnaty as good as natty

Line needs to make like a 'Legend' team (like K2) and put all the older pionneers on there like Mike Nick, Skogen, osteness(spelling?), and whoever else. Then they need to bring up guys like coker and biby on the international or whatever there pro team is called.

 
i remember seeing skogen throw switch rodeo 7's with a stylie grab, into a flat 5 on a qp, while guys like toben sutherland were doing no grab venus flytraps and scoring higher. skogen would still be on top of this sport if his leg hadnt nearly been ripped off. pay your respects...

Skogan def. kicks ass, but i think Line needs to make room for upn' comers. My vote is Brandon Backer. The kid kills it. Although Bibby is pretty damn good as well.

On the Siver Site a while Back it said that This years Mike Nick Pro was the Last pro model ski that was going to be made for him. So im guessing wilson or Dash will get a ski to fill the void??

its gonna be hard for line to drop mike nick, considering jason levinthal and him grew up together and started line together... unless thats what mike wants, being in his thirties and married with a kid and all... I met him at a ski camp, hes real cool, but I guess if hes off the team, hes not probably not getting kicked out, probably just agreed to leave

 
He'll probably be working for the company, or just putting all of his time into siver. it happens alot in the skateboard industry, pros will stop having a pro model and just work more with the company. It doesn't mean he won't get all the line gear he wants or hes 'off the team'.

thats really a shame if mike or skogen got kicked off the team, i hope its not true. they are both super chill people. I read some whare that this is the last year that they are going to have pro modles, but i would be suprised if they were done w/ line. but on a diffrent note i would like to see brandon becker get moved up to the pro team assuming that every one who is on it stays on.
