Skjersaas Rail Jam In Early June

I am getting plans together for a rail contest at the Bend Armory for early June. There will be three feautres, one of them being a jump. Don't put the skis away when your mountain closes.

i talked to pete and he said the jump won't be that big, more for fun and into a rail set up. i wouldn't expect a jump the size of the one at shasta last season.

its going to suck if it happens, all the rail jams here do. If they were smart they would get boxes for the jams so ppl could throw down and actually grease the whole thing rather then just half of it.

The best rail jam I ever went to had a mild but long battle-ship boxes that was super easy to spin on, over and off of. None of this gnarly flat rail with no run up or land shit like they normally do.

yes they do.

the box at skjersaas two years ago totally sucked: sammy only got 270 on swup 270 out.

and last year's rail jam at skjersaas sucked even more: that 4" wide dub kink was whack, not to mention the 4" wide flat down. those were so whack.

the guy who builds those things needs to put 2 foot wide boxes six inches off the ground, that way jeremy from skjersaas can switch lip 450 to pretzel 630 out.

move to echo mt., learn how to pee standing up, and be happy that you can now work on your soul grinds because the sun is out.

a 2 foot wide box 6 inches off the ground would be ridiculously retarded, but the setup last year was a little intense, that drop-off was pretty gnarly. they need to in the middle of those two, or possibl a combination of the two. for example, a kink box or something that is relatively easy allowing for lots of spins on, off, and switch ups. they would also have a more technical rail for those that are feeling dangerous. this way, everyone has a great time

yo but thats wack. it is a rail jam not a park feature. if you want a box you should go to the mtn. cause you know its for ballers only.

^ but the rowleys killed it, as did chris and dewi... actually i wasnt too disappointed with the lack of skiers.

^ no skiiers in pro night. and they were really lame about letting people into the am night. they told JP there were no spots, but then let 5 snowboarders in last minute
