hey, im thinkin bout getting new skis but i have a question. Will the stiffness of the skis matter when your skiing all mountain and a lil bit of park? Im an advanced skiier and a beginner in park. Im 14, 5' 7'' 158 lbs. thanks alot

i was thinking of getting the skogens but i heard those are really stiff. i would demo skis but the slopes around where i live dont do the whole demo deal.

stiffer is better for all-mountain...more stable at high speeds and better in crud. less stiff is kind of a preference thing in park, but the more flexy you skis, the easier it is to ollie/butter/etc

i have the scratchs and they r pretty soft, and i like them in crud cause u can hall balls through it and the skis absorb most of it

skogens are not stiff, they are a softer ski...they are a pretty good all mountain, get the PE or the AR5 if you want a good all mountain, they are stiffer
