just curious, but what does everyone use during the deep pow days in the wasatch?

i'l be using skogen sprang pro's which are 86mm underfoot, do u think that will have some good float or will i sink like a rock?

190 Karhu Jaks 97mm waist. 86 is kind of narrow, depending on how long they are and how heavy you are.

they are 178cm's and i weigh 170. i ski mostly in the east,but still can shred some pow once in a while

i think that you'll be ok, but it'll be tough. i mean 86mm underfoot isnt THAT skinny. but 178 is kinda short for your weight. You'll learn to ski them no doubt and they'll be fine. All i know is mine are 192 and i love it.

i used madd trix mojo's last year they were a lil small for the real deep shit, i just had to ski faster to stay on top wich was more fun anyways. if u are only gona ski powder once and a while i would just demo some powder skis. but if u have to buy a powder skis i would get rossi b4's, seth pistols, or gotmas
