Skis too small?

ya do it man. Im 5'3 and i ski on 168 for park and 177 for. Big mountain. It sucks having a ski that is too small and unstable.

yea especially trying to ski pow or cliffs it sucks having short skis, but it is all personal preference i am about massings size, ane my 165 concepts feel way to short skiing big mountain but felt perfect before i grew, big skis truck.

get the 179s. i have them and i'm about 135 lbs. They'll be much better for all-mountain. Plus, i bet you're still growing

dude you'll be fine with 169's. You won't want those bigger skis until you get to be about 170lbs. You got a couple of years......by then they'll be all worn out anyway.

I ride custom 280cm skis. It's quite simple on how to do it, follow these instructions:
1) cut 19cm off the back of one pair and off the front of the other pair.
2) match the skis missing the front tip with the skis missing the back tip.
3) add a platinum plate on the top where the skis are connected, screw that in and use super glue in the crack between the skis.
And that's it! Now you can throw the coolest looking daffys and crosses. For bonus points, do this with pocket rockets or motherships for HUGE mountain skiing

well- i got the 169 cause its just what i wnated- in like 5'4' but i wanna focus on park- i also have 174's for less park/groomers/ popularity and 186's for bigmountian

i'm 5'4 ish and ride the 177cm 1260.. ive rode on the 176 skogens before.. it all depends on a.) your preference of skiing b.) your ability level c.) your height and take all that into consideration when you do that.. like
if you ski more all mtn go with the bigger ski.
if you ski more aprk than all mtn go with the shorter b/c you'll have an easier time. if you do both equally go with the bigger ski..
bigger skis look more stylie in the air.

don't be a pussy get bigger skis... EVERYONE!... remember cuz of the turned up tail, twins have the same edge as a ski 6-8 cm shorter. Therefor a 179 will ski like a 172, except the weight... but for spining a litter bit more weight in the rear is better cuz thatway your spins will be balanced more betterer.
