i love the flex and feel of my ar6s but i beat them to shit so id like to buy something else with a similar flex and feel... i dont have the opportunity to hand flax many skis so opinions from shop guys who flex skis daiily or someone who had riddin ar6 and has some info what i should be looking for. so whats like the ar6?thanks

Comparing worked in invaders to worked in ar6's is not close at all. Invaders are so soft.

why not get another pair of ar6's? Best ski i've ridden.

i warrentied 2 last season... the 3rd pair i got in march are dead, like no camber detatching side wall rockerd tip and tail... no pop.so im trying to find something that is similar but maybe will last me a bit long ya know? but i did love them while they were alive!

Ar6 has a pretty soft nose compared to its stiff tail.

Only ski i can think of similar to ar6 is the pipe cleaner.

how often do you ski, what kind of skiing do you do, and how did you break that many ar6s? haha

You might want to check out the Line Chronics which are probably a little stiffer but a really solid ski.

everday... all park.... snaped a core, splintered the topsheet so binder screws would hold me to the ski. and the current set has a few fractures in the core as wall as the edge under foot is pulling away from the side wall.... no cracked edges though hhaha.yeah checked the chronics but not sure just feeling the market to see if anything else is similar to what i got ya know, in case i missed something

t hall- it might be a bit softer though. otherwise, punx or.... mhhh afterbangs but they are symmetrical like the punx, whilst the ar6 and t-hall arent

if you liked your ar6s why don't you just get another pair? skis get beat up and need replacing from time to time....

if you're going through skis on a monthly basis it's fair enough to want to switch up from the ar6.

i completely agree with you. im already getting pissed about my armadas, i love the way they ride, but damn, i have like 5 edge dents now with the 12 days i have on the with the little rails i have done. plus, the edges are really detuned so that shouldnt happen.

check out the liberty LTE, just really expensive..

also look at the rossi s4, a little stiffer, but bomber skis

and if you want symmetrical, go with punx, but ive heard their durability isnt the greatest

yeah im really suprised how yours dont seem to be holding up, for a light guy like you i think they would be good but like i said my edges have been fine on al pairs!

yeah, its not like i beat on my skis either. im a beginner at park, but treat my gear with care. i dont clash my skis together on the lift either. i think im going with rossi next, look like SUPER bomber skis, so i say give them a shot...if not, im giving armada another try, because i love the way my ar6s ride with all my heart, theyre so fun.

You might just want to go with the Pipecleaners. It's extremely similar, but faster with a more aggressive flex pattern. Seems to last all of my friends and I quite a long time. I love it as my go to park ski.

Yeah i've heard amazing things about rossi s4's. Deffenetly wanting a pair after my ar6's are done, And OP, I've been raiding rails an alright amount but not and the edge seems to be wearing down really quick even though i detuned them, Did this ever happen to you?

But back on topic i agree with rossi s4's liberty LTE, but if your going to be beating the shit out of skis and don;t wanna drop the cash all the time, maybe go with afterbangs or el rays or something cheaper just so your saving the 100-200 bucks

yeah man, my edges are getting wrecked so easily with VERY little abuse. i already have pulllout, so hopefully they warranty them. i think im trying rossi s4 next, they sound so bombproof...or i may give the alphas a try. well see

Yeah i had a pullout first day i go them i was pissed,

and from what i've seen alphas are super nice and fun but im so set on the s4's aswell

seem like such a legit ski

wait so whats the word on ar6's vs. chronics? cuz i have chronics this year, and am shopping for a softer ski, but something thats still somewhat stiff. and i was thinking about the ar6.
