Skis or car?

im thinking about getting a new pair of boards this winter... but I'm debating whether or not i need them

i made like 800 bones this summer and im considering saving up for a car, or buying armada jj's.... Im looking for an all around ski thats fairly flexible and is really good in the pow but does well on groomers and park, and JJ's seem like they'll do that for me

i have k2 fujatives and some old 06-07 seths that are reeeeally stiff for my taste... anyways, i dont really think i need the skis that much, theyd just be really good to have in the quiver and i feel like they would make my winter. any opinions on the JJ's? would it be smarter to just keep saving even tho 800's not that much at all compared to how much im going to need for a car....

save for the car man, if you got skis, then youre all set, but if you dont have a car, then thats kinda crucial

if you buy the car, you are the one that has to pay for gas, car insurance, registration, matnence, and all that good stuff not to mention being the one who drives. If you get the skis your friends get that privalige.

id save for a car because you have 2 pairs of skis a no car so get new skis next year or at the end of the year but really do what you want its your money

What do you really want? If you think the car will be really important than get it, if not buy the skis. A ski that will perform really good in pow and for sure the park is the LIne Elizabeth. It's wide enough for pow but is really a park ski.

$800 will yield a pretty shitty car, a rust bucket that only has a few months left to live...i say skis

dont buy a car for 800..it most likely wouldnt last you very long...save your money seths and fuji's sounds like a good setup

yea im not planning on buying a car for 800... its just what i got now and im wondering whether to blow it or not.

but thanks a lot for the advice guys... i think im just gonna go with my setup now and see what comes out next year cuz u guys r right... a car is pretty crucial and i could buy some 09 skis next year for cheaper if i wanted to. Im just craving a light pow jib ski right now but i guess it can wait one more year

i still stay blow it on skis. If you think they will "make your winter" then you gotta go with the skis
