I did it this summer, but it was freakin tiring with 180cm skis. It would prob be better with 160s. My bro made some skis out of foam, but we never perfected a good substitute.
Tape up your rails with duct tape. Besyt bet is to use super small skis, 130's or what i did was cut some old skis down. Really, really helps your skiing. But whatever you do it's gonna be tiring
I've heard of some people putting tube socks or something fabric over the skis first, then taping them, too, so you don't get tape shit all over your skis.
ya no snow blades are good for that. skis are to sketch cause if you under rotate a flip or something youll probably put a ski through your tramp. and ductape the edges.
I did it a few years back, taped my edges, but I landed on my tail and made a hole, which eventually destroyed my tramp. And its really not that fun you dont get any pop.
it works best if you tape shoes to shorter skis with no bindings so you can get more air and then you won't break your ankles if you fall. and taping the edges with duct tape works good and does'nt rip the bed of the tramp
Regular sized skis don't really work, like everybody else said, try small skis, and my tramp was fine with no tape or anything, but we didn't do it too much.
most of you who are just suggexting he covers the edges have obviously never tried this before. if you take a look at the underside of a trampoline when someone is bouncing on it the bed curves quite a bit. no skis have the flex to do this so you will get very very shitty pop and air time
