I was just wondering if anyone has done this, im going to take the edges off my 145 1080s, put some rubber stuff on thte edge and try them out on a tram. Im pretty sure it wont work but its worth a try.

ya it will work. just use duct tape on the edges, maybe a couple layers.

why use a big word when a diminutive one will suffice?

skis are like snowshoes .. they spread your weight out along them. so it will be harder to jump as high as your used to

i tried it once, i didnt work at all. i got a foot of air and thats it

145's aren't really skis though so you should still be able to jump high with snowblades like that.

use some old shit fuck snowllerblades if you have em. it's a little different but you can get the technique down. make sure nobody can see in you backyard

triple it triple it trip-le-it 1! brrrrrrr cha cha cha cha cha cha cha

ba-dum-ching!

the short skis will work fine. just know u may need to spend some time to learn how to get height off the tramp. its a lot different than normal jumpin cause u need to focus on having every part of the ski make contact with the tramp bed at the same time to get good pop.

why use a big word when a diminutive one will suffice?

we've used duck tape for the last few years on the same tramp and it's still fine. you'll get some superficial scrapes on it, but the nylon mat is real tuff.

don't expect rodeos or cork 5's on it tho, unless you figure out somethin we didn't

the only person i know who fell through a tramp did it because he was jumpin around on it when there was 6in of new snow.

and also because there were holes in it from when he launched model rockets off of it(he tried to bounce them so they would go higher)

pretty smart guy, really knows his gravity
