Hey NS
So I have been looking for a new set of stocks for the last few months but everytime i see something i like i am always dissapointed to find out the biggest size is 179 or 176. So here is my question. What would be the best ski for a big guy (6'2") that would be used about 40% park 60%everything else. I am about 170lbs and in terms of skis im not too picky. dont really want something super stiff though and I could care less if it has rocker or not.
Thanks!!
+K for good advice

Arv, line blend, or 4frnt vct is what I would look at. I've skied all of them and had fun w/ them all the flex patterns are a little bit diff, but they are all fairly soft, and fun everwhere. I own the vct's, love them and use them as my park/spring ski

Im pretty similar to you except i ride a bit more park and weigh 160. What im looking at this year is either the Line step ups in a 182 i believe or the atomic patents in a 183 both seem like the would be able to handle about everything.

I ask this a few times a year and always get disappointed with the number of responses, but would you bigger guys be interested in something like a 191 J-mo?

personally i like skis as long as i can get them. i don't ride twinnies less than 180cm and carving skis less than 177. my all time favourite skis were my 185cm volant machete 69s

I am 6'3" and 180. I ride the Dynastar 6th Sense 'Distorter' in a 185cm. It kills it in the park and everywhere else. Solid Ski for sure. Couple Other options-Dynastar 6th Sense 'Spin' 185-Volkl Wall 185-Nordica Ace of Spades 185-Salomon Suspect 181-Salomon Pro Pipe 181-Rossignol S3 186-Rossignol S5 185-Rossignol S4 181
