Skis are scraping pvc pipe

So I build my summer setup and my new k2 sights are scraping/shaving the pvc pipe... Is this normal for pvc pipe summer setups? What should I do? I'd hate to bust my new skis before the next season.

Thanks guys I really appreciate it!

Yes, it's normal. I'd suggest detuning your skis underfoot too if you already haven't

May I ask how you detuned your edges? I was thinking of getting a bastard file and running that back and forth a couple times

File it down and round it with a gummy stone. Don't be too aggressive though... Remember, it's better to detune a bit at a time versus screwing your edges permanently

i take a real rough file and scrape it in a circular motion underfoot and 3-4 inches in front of and behind the binding. be careful though dont want to take to much off, i then do the same thing with a much less course file and finally smooth it all off with a gum stone.
