On saturday I skipped track practice to go skiing one final time. Well today as a punishment i had to run 3 600's, 2 500's, 2 400's, 2 300's, and 14 200's. I must admit I almost died. At the end of my workout my coach was asking me if it was really worth going one last time, and I told him you better believe it!

i joined track for two weeks, i did pretty good for a fat kid. But i quit when i realized there was alot of running involved

yea my highschool has practice on saterday at 7:00 for almost all sports, so i dont play any team sports anymore. skiing and skating is all i need

i had to go to track on fuckin good friday, but i skipped that anyways. i skipped friday saturday and yesterday, but because i suck so bad, i have no punishment. i just had to do all the possible events (thats what saturday was) so i ran a 400, 100, 350, 300, and a 200.

haha that sucks, I skipped indoor track for 2 days straight to go ski and they thought I was "sick". worked like a charm.

don't try to act so hard...how much rest did you have and how fast were you going on them?

you know you get 500 points for doing that workout but only 100 points for telling everyone

whos complaining about running on a saturday? if your not running 7 days a week your not living up to your full potential

i remember one time i skiped school to go skiing and we had a biology test that day and senice i had an unexcused absents my teach wouldent let me make it up and i got a f on it and he said was it really worth getting a f to ski and i said "hell yeah skiing is life" and he just looked at me weird and walked away.

 
I skipped indoor track a whole bunch of times to ski, but once spring track came along it was time to get serious and i started to focus only on track. I'm probably going to do track in college, so it wouldnt be a very good idea to ditch.

i skipped a wrestling tournament for a big air....i told my coach that my mom was critically ill, and in the hospital. the fucker called to confirm it....no condolensces, just "im just calling to check that you were in the hospital....spencer missed the east lake tournament, and that pretty much lost it for us." my mom didnt keep the lie going for me, so i had to do 25 minutes of stair running while carrying a 35 pound weight plate. that sucked.

i skip track because im sick and its fucking stupid this year. last year it was better. this year ive skipped and gone out to eat, but not for skiing because in michigan we have no more snow in the lower LP. skateboard comes out.

haha, i did track when i was in middle school but then once i got into hs i was like fuck track..no more, im tired of just plain running...i like running with something like soccer
