Thats not funny. I was born with Grand Maul epilepsy. Its not funny at all. I had issues getting my licence, i was always watched by a teacher. I was brought to the hospital 6 times, twice for more than a 2 day period, undergone severe bloodwork, constant MRI's and CAT scans. I had them since I was 2, until about a year ago. I suffered more than 36 seizures. There is a common misconception that epeleptics jitter and flop around during a seizure. Thats nor completelty true. When I would have a seizure, my lips turned blue, my throat swelled, my eyes rolled back in my head, and my muscles contracted. I was like being payalyzed, but i was concouis and could hear everything going on. If I Wwasnt rushed to the hospital, I could have easily suffocated.
I still have nightmares about the seizures, when my mom was looknig at me, crying and asking my what was wrong, when I wanted to yell for help, but couldnt. Its not cool to joke about that.
Long stroy short, think about what your saying. There are tons of people on this site, all with different experiences, beliefs, and values. Think, "When I say this, am I most likely going to offend someone?" If the answer is yes, then dont say it.
