Magnetic man is unreal

So are chase and status, especially the no more idols album (their remix of heartbeats is on Dumonts segment from revolver!)

dunno if this counts as dubstep but its chill music that gets me into a good groove before jumping into some POW.

Don't like dubstep, but for DnB check out anything by:

Goldie

High Contrast

Nicky Blackmarket

Andy C

Subfocus

Shy FX

Ed Rush & Optical

Logistics

Friction

Mampi Swift

Roni Size

DJ Hype

Ebony Dubsters

David Rodigan (mostly reggae)

DJ Zinc (mostly plays house now)

Fresh (mostly plays whatever the kids like nowadays)

Dieselboy

Congo Natty

D.Kay

Grooverider

Nu:Logic

Noisia

Starscream

Stanton Warriors (play a bit of everything)

Jungle Drummer (live DnB, gnarley shit)

Any sets from Slammin Vinyl NYE or Westfest will probably be excellent.

Anything that has "Accelerated Culture" tagged anywhere on it is the true for real good shit but it might be low quality.

Nah, same thing. Some people like to say Jungle and DnB are different genres but I think the distinction they are really making is between oldschool DnB with heavy reggae influences and simple beats, and liquid/future DnB like Netsky or Logistics. I'd call that evolution more than different genres. I use the terms interchangeably. DnB heads call themselves Junglists, shit like that.

pretty lights is the best skiing music imo. most of his stuff is electro/soul but he has an unreleased dubstep track from bonnaroo called "i know the truth"

my favorite album is glowing in the darkest night, its great for any type of skiing

i more meant as opposed to the rest of your list, congo natty (and david rodigan) are in a different league. and yeah, if you go back to the roots they are similar, but newschool DnB highly contrasts jungle. DnB heads can call themselves junglists, but if their collection is primarily netsky, pendulum, sub focus, camo and crooked etc etc they cant really have that title.

flux pavilion crackflux pavilion gold dust

go to turntable and join a good dubstep room and yo can find some but there are some bad dubstep rooms on it 2
