ok so today in american lit my teacher said the capital of the skin head nation was in Irons MIchigan.

and i got into a huge arguement with him that there isnt a capital for skin heads.

so i just wanted to know am i right

or is the capital of skinheads in nowhere Michigan
 
try to be open to the fact that you might be wrong. it may not be an official capital but it may be where a large group of skinheads reside.
 
didnt it say in american history x that it all started in california? i forget what city though
 
No i think it started in D.C. In the 80's there were a shit load of skin head bands and violence there before anywhere else had this problem excessively.
 
american history X is such a good fucking movie.

I know its weird but for the most part I agree with the main character guy, especially about immigration, welfare, etc. Obviously I don't want to kill all blacks and Jews but to some extant he is right. Just he is not misguided by thinking it is race related.

And skin heads piss me off so much for so many reasons.
 
it was actually Hayden Lake, ID. which is a couple miles outside of CDA.

they have since moved to PA (at least from what i heard, news and shit) and are no longer in northern ID.
 
I am not to sure about the skin head capital being in Irons, MI...I live about 20 miles from there and actually work as a river guide on a river going through Irons...All national forest, and lots of friendly, hippy people around...But who knows the skin heads may be hiding in the woods
 
Yeah, they're out of that area for the most part now. I was really relieved to find this out when I moved up there this summer. Not to say the people in that area are especially tolerant, but there isn't a big nazi presesnce anymore.
