Skimbarding

i skim board once in a while. Ive done the graphics on like 20. I can do like 360 shoviet body varials, and thats my best. not very good.

I'm more into surfing, but skimboarding is good to try. I found it to be a lot harder than it looks.

skimboarding is great in places like south carolina where there are no surfing waves, but plenty of beaches.

the best thing to do is to go straight down the beach and try and do flips and shit off the waves

hahah ur a loser. people cant do those tricks. i live on the ocean, skim all the time and see skimming all the time. you cant do that trick and just say your not very good. cuz that would be a lie. u do that trick p,ease call zap skimboards.

i suppose u can misty off waves and ride back to shore, but thats not very good.

im giving u a hard time because i dont know of one person around ne MA who can do that and i skim alot, and its not something u do and say u suck at when u can do a 360 shovit body varial.

ive been skiming every summer for 7 years. Im getting pretty good now, i can turn on waves and ride em in if im lucky. Not a good sport for attracting chicas though. I find that every time a hot chic is watching me i run, drop the board, trip and fall on my face, there's so much that can go wrong.

i can 360 shovit but not body varial

ive taking my tricks to the waves but my beach is flat and u need a ton of speed to hit the waves

i skim for like 2 summers now...i can ride waves a little, mostly i just ride straight get tossed 5 or 6 feet in the air of my board and throw myself

Whe you hate your job you dont strike. you just go in everyday and do it reeaally half-assed. its the American way!

I used to build my own boards in highschool and sell them for $40...i would cut them out with a jig, bevel the edges, sometimes even bend the board to give it some rocker, and then fiberglass em...they were the shit, I still have my first board...

My biggest trick i think was a 180 shove it to 360 shove it to sexchange shove it 360...Its crazy. I seen some guy in Tofino at the Quicksilver comp kickflip his skim...im not shitting you either, he hit a small wave, popped and kickflipped it.

Now they have rails you can set up on the beach to slide...Its gnarcore...

work to live...not live to work.

my skimboard is the crap $5 u can get at wallmart so all i can do i ride into a wave and sink. Hella boriing. I've tried the boogie boards with the really smooth bottoms for skimboarding and i seem to have more look with those but its way harder to balance

i do, i have 3 zephyr (sp?) boards and i do not suggest doing flips off if there are rocks right where the wave breaks at shore...kinda hurts

spanish banks reprezent, Sandskimmers only. Sandskimming if fun for distance and tricks, probably not as fun as waves, but still good. And rails on a skimboard are the shit

Skimboarding is definatley the shit. Thank you^^^ for saying that. Theres a difference between sand skmming and skim boarding. Oh ya, and all of you surfers who say that skmiboarding is to hard, then your crazy. Skimboarding is almost the exact same thing as sufing. The only differecne is that you run.drop.slide(hah) into the wave and in surfing, you padle.
