I was wonder if any one had any suggestion i plan i gettin into skimm boarding a little bit more seriusly ive had a wodden one but i want somtin to go out into waves an stuff i weigh 150 thnks ++KK
 
Ive got a surface, and its pretty good. Make sure you get a foam footpad for the back too. helps out a bunch
 
skimboarding in vancouver is all inland so tat's the only form I can give advice about.

if that's what you're riding then you gotta hit up kayotics or evn dashboard skims.

|kayotics are off the chain and dashboards have a foam top.
 
Make sure you get a board with a higher weight limit than you will likely weigh. I made the mistake of not compensating for my growth and may have to get a new one. Good brands to look at - zap, exile, victoria.

Super fun beach sport for me when the surfs flat, and the first time I tried it on Long Island, I boosted a backflip (uber claimz). Just leaned back, obviously didn't land on my board, but whatever.
 
dude no offense but thats not really right. skimboard size, more than most things, is preference and riding style/ability. anyway check out slotstiks or exiles. ive got a slotty pro vac and its the best board everthe thing about skimboards is you get what you pay for. if you want an actual good board its gonna cost you like 300 or so bucks
 
oh and i havent looked at boards online in years but back when i did skimcity.com was pretty good you might want to check it out
