my dads cool to ski with, he rips powder and he did a 20 foot rail in the park, mind you it was only a foot off the ground but w/e it was awesome, he trys 180s on his normal skis its hilarious

i went on a heli ski trip with my dad, it was a blast, i just dont really like skiing with my dad in the park, cant get my gangster steeze goin, but i dont totally ditch my dad, he does pay for my lift tickets every day i go skiin

Well my mom is a ski instuctor that specializes in young kids.She doesn't have time to see my big air comp stunts or my insane mogul run in the nationnal competitions.

It kinda sucks.Its not that she doesn't care,I think that the doesn't want to see me get hurt.

I ski with my dad a ton. skiing and music are the only two things we can enjoy together without fighting at all. he can school me though, but I kind of llike it. he makes me a better skier for sure. although I gotta admit I do get a little embarassed when he skis park.

my mom.... is a typical VT mom... teleskiing, volvo x-ctry driving, luna bar eating..... yeah. I don't ski with her. she thinks she's too cool with her freeheel friends anyways.

my dad and my friends dads are ill skiers, they dont hit jumps and stuff but they can bomb through the trees and wanna be backcountry up here no problem, its fun to sk iwith them cause you gotta charge hard to keep up

My grandpa taught me how to ski when I was little...he still skis a little bit-he's almost 80, so I gotta get a really good day in with grandpa this winter cuz it might be my last chance, to ski with him anyway.

My mom is a really awesome skier, she's skis with me sometimes and comes in the park and tells me not to get hurt but watches me anyway and hits the fun boxes-straight, not sideways like we would but it's still cool.

If it want for my dad I wouldnt know how to ski...he is always teaching me new shit outside the park and is pumped for my park riding al likes watching me...he skis more days then I do and can out ski me in many places...he once tried a rail and caght an edge and fell forward on to his shoulder and just tor it up...it was really funny but painful for my fazha

I usually end up giving my dad free lessons. It's been cool seeing him improve over the years. 3 years ago he'd never touch a black diamond. Now he can actually make it down one.

 
I grew up skiing with my pops. When I moved away he stopped going. I finally got him back on the slopes this past season after almost 10 years.

Yeah it sucks now that I am in college my old man isnt gonna ski anymore accept when I go on trips with him. Oh well.

One of the best times I ever had skiing was when my family went heli skiing a couple years ago. My mom definately struggled with it, but we still had tons of fun.

 
My dad rips old school ... he glides so smoth on his 220cm atomic rce skis ..he keeps his boots to tight together, i got him to demo some 'parabolic' skis cwith some side cut in them and the tips kept on clicking together cuz he wouldnt spred his feet any it was so funny .. my dad works construction so he wont ski as much any more . afraid that if he got hurt his company might go under .

i used to ride with my dad when i was young, in fact i was riding with him all the time... he was a racer back in the time... it was sick. he learn me everything i know (except for the park) he gave me his passion for skiing... once he enter the park and did a 25 foot table all the way... i was like wtf?

yea i definately get my passion for skiing from my skiing oriented family, we never go on a summer vacation just alot of ski trips

yup same as everyone, daddy taught me to ski. hes awesome, getting old though and is losing it a bit, now we're about the same speed in steeps and trees. mom isnt that good but i still ski with her. when we go together as a family me and my dad go one way and my mom takes an easier run down and meets us at the chair. i love skiing with my parents, they pay for stuff! going on trips is the best cause we stay at fancy places and eat out all the time. my dad has always said he'll take me heli skiing, better do it before he gets too old. hopefully this season!

My mom and dad like to come into the park the odd time to watch us so they are pretty chill.

i love ripping with my dad, he got me into back country skiing. he rips the k2 hippie sticks which is a tele version of the seth pistol. he kicks my ass all over the place when we tele together
