Skiing with mittens..

right today was hella cold and my hands like literally froze and i was wondering if anyone has skiied with mittens cause usually i have to have a steady grip on my poles. give me ur ideas..

eh mits are okay but not you cand do grabs and hold stuff as easy as gloves

he speaks the truth. I got a pair of nice Hestra Gortex leather and other stuff gloves used them a couple times and I want to go back to mittens so much warmer and more comfy.

you could have the most expensive goretex/leather/thermaloft....kick ass gloves on the planet.....but my cheep 28 dollar Auclair mitten will still keep my hands toastyer.

yea man mittens trump gloves in my experience much warmer dosnt make a huge diff. in grabs i dont think

If you have seen Show and Prove, Tanner is wearing mittens when he hits that massive hip at June/Mammoth. I like the feeling of grabbing more with thin gloves, but mittens really do make a huge difference on cold, wet days.

Mittens are the way to go, unless its a nice spring session you just dont get the warmth that mittens gives you all the time, plus your fingers give off heat to the other fingers
