a good idea is to get small tupperware container, punch a small hole in the lid and put the mp3 inside and run the cable out the hole in the lid, then put it inside your pocket

Schoening if you're good you're steppin it up and trying new shit which leads to falling..the kids not falling are the kids wearing all the right shit but not trying anything...and yah the Gravis G-Pod is by far a very smart buy...super hard to find but if you can find one buy it..i just got one for this season and they're durable as fuck

my ipod didnt come with a case, i dont know what the guy from up top is talking about, as of now i just put it in my jacket, however i want to get a decent case for it.

I actually rigged up my helmet so that the ipod earbuds are in there with velcro..and the wire runs out the middle back of the helmet. So its not like speakers are velcroed in..but its still sweet, cuz all you hafta do then is put the earbuds in your ears.
It works well and you don't even notice they are there.

yea i did that with my helmet xcept i put big ass speakers from my old headphones behind the padding and connect an extension jack so i just plug into the mp3 player that is in my pocket

use one, you dont need a case but i have a soft skin, they are bombproof, ive dropped mine on concrete like 3 times, and there are only minor scratches on the back

You don't really need a case if you have it on the inside pocket of your jacket. Those things can take a beating, I have fallen on mine a bunch of times and it still works fine. If you want a case, there are literally over 100 of them on apple.com website. YOu can get metal hard cases, silicon cases, etc. Anything you need

my ipod exploded into like 10000000 pices when i landed on it but best buy gave me a new 1 for free and now there 20 gigs and my old one was only 10 gigs... and i was in a leather case if that matters

I ski w/ a 20 gig, i jsut put it in my jacket pocket as long it isn't on a spot that you would fall on then its pretty well protected. Don't put it in your pants, broke my 10 gig that way

for anyone that thinks its fine just in your pocket you're wrong. i fell jumping and it the zipper or something jammed into the ipod making a dent which screwed up my hd.
i bought this one last winter and it works great:

I don't have acase... I just slip it inside my MP3 player pocket in my jacket...cuz its in the upper front..how often do you fall and slide basically on your chin...Put it there..YOu never land on it...The worst place to put it would be your hips
