Skiing Vs. Tapeing

I like see vids and things of what I did but some times its not worth tapeing. Skiing should be just that, skiing not doing a follow cam while you buddy hits a jump.

hes right skiing is skiing because you like to do it not too see what you look like on film if you like the way a trick feels and its fun who cares what it looks like so for me its about the skiing not the filing ... but if you get a bitch to film ya then thats an added bonus

i pay attention to style even when im not filming. skiing doesnt revolve around filming. its about what you want to bring to it.

Like when i went to COC i wanted to tape but i wanted to ski alot more, so i didnt get alot of shit on tape.

Of course, the main reason we go to the hill is to ski, because we love it. The reason i think many of is like filming skiing is simply because we want to see ourselves doing what we love over and over, and hopefully we'll look dope doing it. Ride on.

I think that filming is important, but only for certain people. I say that you should ski first and leave the filming to the guys who are really in to filming. I love to chill with my boys and film them in the park, but if it is shitty conditions, i leave the camera in the car and rip up big mtn.

plus seeing yourself on film is a good way to get better. you can see that say on that 5 you didn't set it jright and you bailed. you can watch it on the chair and can fix it on the next run and fucking stomp it!

i don't film so i can get the footage and study it, not like a jon olsson if you like, i like to put it all togerther and show the kids what we did.

if i were at a camp i would try not to film because ur only their for a week or so and u should make the best of it, but its sweet to land a sick trick than watching it over and over on tape

personally i dont tape to see my self on camera or anything. i film cause i love filmmaking. not as much as skiing but its an awsome hobby
