There is no need to bash someones tattoo. That is like bashing someones nose. It's very hard to change once it's there so it's just not needed. Makes the person feel like shit for no reason.

sorry for pointing out the obvious. the difference between this and a nose is he had a ton more control in how this turned out. either he went to a bad artist (which he was in control of) or he didn't let it heal correctly and it fucked it up, again something he had control of

Yeah, but it's not like he posted that picture asking for critique. He posted it to give another guy an idea. He didn't ask for compliments or criticism so it was unnecessary. And now it's done it's extremely hard to change and he'll probably be stuck with it forever.
