i do it just because the local mountain (tiny bump) is so small that we need to do stuff to make skiing interesting even skiing switch you can go from top to bottom in like 30 sec to a minute

Last year My buddy was skiing switch next to me on a packed run and he dodged a little kid, ran over my ski and released my binding and we tumbled. Good story eh?

haha, if anyone has ever been to mt snow, you would know that a crazy amount of retarded little kids come over from choke and cut across rieses run, before blanco gulch. i was going switch into the gulch last year, before they had the park entrance, to slow people down, and i tagged this little kid when i was doing about 20-25 mph. i just hauled ass down the hill, and spent the rest of the day in diablo

it is so much fun to do on groomed runs with a bunch of rollers, but the ski patrol always threatens to take me and my friends passes, even when we r in more controll then all the terrible people on the groomed run

 
and you gotta love it when people from the lift are like OHHH are you ok, you're skiing backwards, hes out of control

I love skiing switch past begginner snowboarders. they're like hey look at us were so cool because we snowboard and then their mouths just drop as soon as they see you. so much fun, unless you stack it

 
switch is awesome, ive gotten real good at it this season. cant forget the time i humiliated myself at christmas break when i caught an edge attempting a butter near the lift station. all eyes on me.. making a total ass of myself

ya i learned to ski switch this year and the fisrt run i did totally switch i almost ran into one of the towers they use to light the run... it was close

 
oh how i love whistler...the ski patrol does not give a SHIT about people skiing switch..its great...anybody whos skies there...3 pm, skiing down pony trail and orange peel..its just PACKED...ripping switch down there past the ski patrol and the speed check guys...do one speed check and they dont even look at you. ive never had any bad accidents going switch but my skier and snowboarder friends were behind me and i was going switch. the skier is pretty new so i was watching him try to ski switch and he turned right as the boarder did a heelside turn and they ate it really badly

Its pretty easy on most of the snow we get in colorado. i usually just butter everywhere i go. so fun, switch butter flat ground 3 sorta things.

Haha when I was at Whistler I got a different impression, me and my friend would just be casually skiing at a normal pace and everyone would be like SLOW DOWN OMG YOU ARE GOING TO HIT SOMEONE when the run was empty and shit, they were pricks.
