....watching mens snowboarding superpipe qualifiers and realizing that its complete bullshit they are airing every single run of this, and didn't even make an attempt to show all of the finals of ski. its just ridiculous, i just saw commerical during the break saying what was going to be on for day 4 and it said skier x, snowmobile freestyle, and superpipe snowboard final....not even a mention of ski slope. i have the pipe finals recorded on my comp too if anyone wants it.
 
ya this is bullshit compared to wut it used to be like..i remember the xgames being on espn like all day and so much coverage on all the events...its shitty now and the talents so much better too
 
X games is gay anyway. I don't mind if the sport stays small. I like it this way. i don't want it to blow up to the size of snowboarding where you have every kid in the park with bandannas sitting on their ass thinking they're Shawn white. Every time you see a snowboarder these days, 1x of 10 are they any good. But if you do see a freeskier they can usually throw down.

but ya, it wont be very indepth i dont think. The course looked crazy slow and made for the girls anyways.

Not very big for the biggest snowsports event in north america... shame.
 
It will be prob like an hour, with lots of random stuff, and at like 2pm when we are all skiing.
 
i dunno there are a tit load of rich kids who rock teh armadas and refuse to hit rails and shit but the ratio is way higher for talent when it comes to skiers vs. boarders...
 
in norway it is opposite 4 sure... here it is the boarders that keep it real while 97 percent of the skiers do pencil steezed 3s

bottom line, the us open needs to be aired on national TV cus X games is ful of shit and my honest opinion is that skiers are better than boarders and are more exciting to watch.
 
I'll be skiing, concidently enough we just got a DVR recorder at my house last night so I'll be able to record it anyways, but I would be skiing with or without the recorder.

Remember skiing superpipe used to close the Television coverage for the event, that was a good time.
 
I wanna see more skiing but you can't blame the x-games for showing a lot of snowboarding since their making more money off it than they are making off skiing
 
Is there anyone who know where Slope final can be seen on the web?

Because all france's freestyle skiing community is searching that; we haven't espn in france...

hey man it would be awesome if you could upload that superpipe coverage to some host site if possible. I in all honesty missed it. I started watching it and I got so irate that they showed 2 runs and then went back to those queers on snowmobiles and I turned off my tv. Those fucks.
