Skiing Patagonia

Anyone here gone skiing in Patagonia? I'm heading there next month and thought it would be sweet to get some slushy late spring turns in somewhere. Info is pretty scarce, so maybe someone here has some insight. Also if anyone has any tips on car rentals in that area that'd be sweet (Chile or Argentina). Everything I can find from internet searches is crazy expensive and I figure there would be places to rent from in person that are much cheaper.

No clue, but my friend was a guide down there in their winter of 2012. He said it was sick. He was actually in Chile though.
