Skiing on tv

Here in tahoe we have a channel called RSN. The Resort Sport Network is on basic cable and it shows actual ski movies like the realm, ski movie, and many awesome others. Other shows include reel thrills hosted by glen plake and the Kirkwood Resort Report. there are some other gay shows about local happenings but basically you have a fifty percent chance of seeing some awesome freeskiing when you turn it on. This is the best thing to happen to tv since color!

Yes I get this channel too in NH. It's not bad they have some of the latest skiing movies as well as weather updates. I wish I could get it where I live instead of OLN which is good but different.

 
they had a channel like that in breckenridge. it had the conditions each morning and stuff like that. it was hosted by Biff America and he wore a superman suit.

yeah they show it occasionally on CNN...its pretty cool...up in winter park they would show Unknown on it all the time...OLN is a lotta racing but sometimes they have coverage on like the US open and stuff

 
They got RSN out at Mount Snow too. It's super cool. I turned on the tv and they were playing Balance. nothing better than turning on cable television and seeing Sarah Burke in a hot tub. hehehe.

RSN is only available in resort towns. I love Sandpoint's homegrown solution: Ski Flakes. 24/7 skiing footage. Literally 24/7. And it's local, meaning you're highly likely to see yourself in the footage. I love Ski Flakes.
