Skiing on acid

why would you want to do acid while skiing, since skiing is such a good experience by itself. when im skiing, i dont need drugs to make me enjoy it.

maybe your not a true skier at all
 
dude, there used to be this race in whistler called the sextathalon, it included chinese downhill, SKI JUMP, and lots of other downhills, anyways one year a guy won the whole thing also setting the record at the time for the longest ski jump while he was on acid.

but no id try to avoid it.
 
Most fun I've ever had.Took a hit so I had a nice body buzz going, not really hallucinating. I just put on headphones and danced all over the mountain. Everything I did linked into eachother perfectly. I had the biggest grin on my face all day. Just pick a nice day when it's not crowded.
 
Haha nice, kids saying that skiing is there drugs its our too, but i mean hell, who doesn't like to mix drugs come on
 
actually ex doesn't the reports were all doctored you can find info about it but i think the guy that did all the fakes is in jail now. and acid is bad for you i know people that wish they had never done that shit becuase it fucked up their brains, but these were chronic users not occasional haha.
 
if you've done acid before and understand what happens I think itd be amazing.  As with any trip though, could be a good idea to have a friend who's not tripping with you just so you don't do something stupid like decide to sit bare assed in the snow for 4 hours.  and also why is this guy being attacked for wanting to do something a little different?  stay away from crowds and have the time of your life
 
i just wana take 1g of some heady shrooms and go skiing

and you could still function fine but floating over some rollers and carving through some shit would be amazing

There sure are a lot of ignorant responses here. Here is some advice from someone who knows what they are talking about:

Listen to the earlier suggestions about low dose. The real issue is not taking so much that you are having open eyed hallucinations. Keeping your visual acuity will be the key to a good experience. It would also probably be a good idea to have a partner (same dose as you or less) and not to go into dangerous backcountry situations. Keep it mellow and inbounds and you will be fine.
 
Now that I think about it, it could be a really cool experience to take a low dose and a have a little mind trip nothing to intense while skiing some knee deep in the trees
 
Wow. Either there's a majority of NS that is fucked up on drugs, or the sensible ones don't bother coming on to threads like these.

Everyone I know who does acid ever is either failing school or has dropped out. They will be garbagemen, or city workers, or janitors, but hey, whatever floats your boat.

a few friends told me the one time they snowboarded on acid was the single best day on the mountain in their life.
 
everyone needs to chill. i dont do acid but theres no need to bash people who do. he asked for advice from knowledgeable people not annoying comments from people who dont know what they are talking about.

hes being responsible by asking for other peoples experiences and hes not going to kill someone if hes just buzzing a little.

I love the constant influx of stupidity on this website. Acid is fun as hell. Skiing will be a challenge for you but it will be fun. Like some other have said, you will want to stick to open runs and try to avoid people. Just be careful though, you are going to feel like you have ADD, or at least that is what it's like for me. My thoughts just wander constantly and any little thing can be entertaining. Overall, I would say if you are ready for a crazy time then do it, sounds like a blast.
 
yeah, and dont force the situation

be prepared for the weather,

freezing cold would not be very fun

and plan your day out,

trying to make plans while tripping

is terrible, just remember to go with the flow

ride out the trip, dont try and control it.
 
Winn yous a bitch. I say you try it and be a little cautious at first. Once you get used to it, have fun. Just be careful. As skiers we are one happy family.
 
why ruin the best high in the world? (which being skiing) acids overrated anyways 12 hrs of miscomprehension and a bad headache to finish. shrooms on the other hand....
 
i know this kid who was dosed at a big air contest. he just kept hucking cork 10's (which he was previously unable to do) but he ended up getting hurt and regretting it. i'm not sure if skiing is a good idea, but going wild in the park is definately not.
 
not to be a dick but if you havent tred acid please refrain from posting... the ignorant comments in here are terrifying. acid is a ball. its not for everyone. but if i dont hate on you for not doing it, why hate on us for doing it?
 
Why yes. Plenty of prominent people do acid. Please refrain from posting if you have never tried acid. Only us really smart people do crazy drugs and throw ourselves down hills at big speeds. Can't you see this is why we are posting on a website consisted of mostly teenagers, some even younger. Everyone should know how intelligent and cultured we are, and we need to show it off. We dont need those stupid things called jobs, no, we just sit behind our computer screens pretending to be all sophisticated and proper and knowlegable because we try drugs.-------ur all losers.

this is a bit off topic, but have you read 'The Electric Kool Aid Acid Test' by Tom Wolfe?

It is a pretty good book, kinda funy in places. I am a nerd and don't do drugs so I know I'm not s'posed to post sorry b'ye
