If you're experienced, go for it. I'd recommend a low dose - enough for some visuals and interesting thoughts but nothing too intense. That's like a 1/2 an 1/8 for me, but everybody's different. When I did it I had kind of a hard time coming up, felt shitty on the first run, I sat down for a while at the base. Once I was up I had a great time. All I wanted to do was ski groomers, fun as hell. Riding the chairlift through the trees while peaking was definitely one of the highlights.
