I know some people affiliated with F.I.S that have attended some major board meetings recently.the word is hafpipe is in for sure..... and there trying to get slope in too.seems the olympics are losing all of there young audience and trying to get it back through young "extreme" sports like skiing and snowboarding. thats just what ive heardand ski halfpipe will be a demonstration sport in the 2010 Vancouver games

God I hope not. Pipe would be sick big air could be doable but there is no way slope could ever happen or should happen. Unless they find a way to do it without sanctioning how the courses need to be built.

Yeah, I have heard that they are trying to get Slopestyle into the 2014 olympics, it might happen. I heard that they are just scrapping the demonstration in 2010 and apparently there is no such thing as a demonstration sport at the olympics anymore.
