Skiing/newschoolers religion

ive got a school project for religious studies and it is that we have to create our own religion. i thought i would do it on skiing or newschoolers. any of u got any good ideas about sacred texts, places or people of worship or any thing that i could include in this religion??
 
I had to do something similar to this in my Anthropology class last year but instead we had to create our own culture. My buddy and I created the Diablians, a warrior culture based off of the amazing pc game, Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. It was pretty neat since the teacher had played that game before, he thought we were huge dorks though.
 
yes, Seth most definitely is God... in real life. i pray to him every Sunday, but that's a different subject altogether.

i'd say make FREEZE the holy book, everyone has to wear a special hat (preferably with the biggest pom possible), Jon, Pep, Candide, and Sage are all prophets, and the holiest of the holy are the PPP (because they're just shibby, yo). the hymns that must be sung can be found in ski movies.
 
Ooooh, you guys are screwing us all over. I don't think Ullr would appreciate not being mentioned in a thread about religions relating to the snow.

you need some sort of dark lord...i dunno...could be ATLANTASKI, seeing as he was banished from the heaven of newschoolers to the purgatory of MySpace

Why is this skiing religion based ONLY on christianity? seems like there's plenty of other religions with some rad things to offer.

For instance, comparing Tanner to Buddha. Tanner decided to embark on a fast from competing, and focus only on filming, as to attain the true path of Enlightenment. (based on buddha's however-long meditation biznatch)
 
people already compared simon dumont to buddha cuz he is short and happy ahaha plus they compared it to like islam, they said that mammoth and pc and aspen were mecca.
