What's the best music to listen to while skiing? Drake and lil baby are my favorites. I also like young thug and sometimes playboi carti

nah man Little oozy vert is the GOAT!

Honestly ski film soundtracks have really influenced what I listen to while I ski, since poorboyz. Favorites are LCD sound system, Shlomo, TV on the Radio, The districts, working for a nuclear free city, arcade fire and king krule, and sludgy metal when it's street. I listen to music on the way up the mountain, not while I'm skiing 99%. However I skied one of my best lines ever listening to something great by lcd and It was one of the most rad experiences ever.

I've tried multiple times to like LCD Sound System... i just fail to see the merit in it i guess, all the songs are so boring, they never like .. "Do anything" if that makes sense lol

Personally I'm all over the place with music on the mountain based off my attitude at the moment.. but for me, DIIV is always heavy in my rotation.

Find a band that released 4 songs 15 years ago and have 70 monthly listeners on spotify and then talk about how you only listen to underground bands because unknown bands are cool

Can I please vent about how we (as a community) need to change the music we put in our full lengths/edits. I mean, if all we are vibing with rn is hiphop I don’t want to ask for anyhting fake, but fuck I am so sick of hearing Westside Gunn in every fucking edit.

One time on a sick deep powder day I had some high-brow classical music playing for a couple laps. Was shockingly pleasing. Don't knock it til ya try it!

Other than that - anything but country. Depends on the mood, the conditions, the crew, etc... I'd never say "specific artist" though...

valid take i js said sem since more people might know who he is

all his verses on hundred acre wrist are #goated icl

u want a translation mf ??

It is reasonable to say that Ghost Mountain is better than Sematary. I only mentioned Sematary due to his greater popularity in hopes that more people might know who I am referencing to. All of Ghost Mountain's verses on the collab album "Hundred Acre Wrist" are truly wonderful, I can't lie.

personally pirates on a boat - yuno miles shit gets me amped

If there are any griselda fans here, I would highly recommend that they listen to yuno miles' song "Abraham Lincoln." I'm sure you'll appreciate his nuanced yet raw lyrics that explore the complexities of street life

On a real I find it crazy when I load up the internet and everyone is talking about music while skiing but me and my friends never listen to anything while skiing and I don't really see people with headphones in at the hill
