Skiing is getting Gay

ya some people r stupid on the slopes but at my mountain skiers r nice to eatchother and help out cause we all know eachother so mybe its just cause ur at a huge mountain were no one knows eachother so they thinks it cool to be gay and assholes

 
I hear what he's saying I'm getting the same kinda vibe it's because skiing is goin big time and ur getting a lot of people skiing for the wrong reasons before is was still more of a fringe sport and the people weren't doin it to be cool or be sponsored they were doin it for the love of skiing and if we can just get back to the basics and get rid of the hype skiing wont make a lot of the same mistakes that are happening in snowboarding.

Huck_1080 and Ski-Line900, please calm down and chill out a little. Honestly, freeskisquaw was only voicing his opinion, theres no need to hate anyone because you disagree with them. He said that HE was not getting the same positive vibe out of it as before, and thats totally his opinion, which is the whole point behind NS, so that fellow skiers can get together and voice their opinions, thats part of progression. Personally, i think its awkward and stupid looking to have a du rag hanging from your pants while skiing, but if someone wants to wear one, rock on, theres no problem with that, i just don't choose to wear one. There will always be assholes out there trying to mess you up, cut you down or whatever, but in the end, the reason we all go to the hill is to rip and have fun, and improve. Even if we make a stupid mistake, and someone rips on you, its not the end of the world, trying your hardest is what counts. Freeskisquaw, negative attitudes can make you question why you put up with all the negative attitudes and backbiting, just remember that the reason your there is to have fun. Ride On guys.

Situations effect people differently. Having people be assholes to you could make you like something less, ignore it, or just not give a fuck. If you think about it though, most of the time people who say shit on the mountain are little ignorant fuckers who would not stand a chance against you off the mountain. It all depends on how you want to handle the situation. If your an aggressive person you can just beat the fuck out of someone who says shit. If your just a passive person you just ignore it and let it flow. Either way its just stupid for people to have the attitude they have from the start and it will get them no where in life. However, it will never stop, considering its how us human beings live, but fuck it, just ski.

yea, there is no community in the park anymore, i remember when i was 12(6 years ago), at brek, riding the park. All of the kids out there were friendly. Now days people in the park woulndt even look at you until you throw a dspin. i think we should change that
