Skiing in Vermont April

Sorry computer was tweaking out .. so how are the condishs in the start of April in Vermont?

Trying to plan a senior trip with the friends

Closing day at Stowe last year was 4/20 and it was def fun cos we bbq'ed and it was hellah hot.

Spring skiing is spring skiing, total hit or miss. Sometimes the slushier conditions can be fun, but if things get too torn up then it's just frustrating and more work than it needs to be. There's a higher chance of rainy days, one day in particular we attempted to use ponchos, but everything was just drenched and it was impossible to deal with.

Figure out what mountain you want and what week, and check out the crew you're with. If you've got one friend who's gonna bitch the whole time because conditons are top-notch, well then try a diff week or try a diff friend.

hah wow i just didn't help you at all. my b.

it depends how the winter is and how much rain we get in the spring. I was still shreading powder in april at jay last year, do you can get lucky. either way it should be fun cuz the crowds will have died down and you will be with your friends

as others said, it depends on the weather. but generally you can ski in april, what/where/conditions obv just depend on the winter/spring seasons

Last year, I skied into may, so april is vevry doable. All depends on snowfall that year, but vermonts a good bet for late season. Only time I ever skied in 78 degree weather, it was crazy. And going shirtless + the snows reflection = one killer sunburn. Good memories

My last day at mt snow last year was april 17th and it was 77 degrees, there were like 30 people there. it was sick as fuck

April is the only month to ski in VT, its absolutely awesome. I always learn new tricks cause its so soft.
