They will probably do whatever they can to get you to ski, unless the weather is really dangerous or something. just wear really waterproof shit or something. one day it was pouring down and i had these sick bright yellow fishing pants my friend had given me. they actually looked pretty cool an everyone was really jealous bc i was dry :)

We had a really crappy season last year and one day my friend and I wore surf shorts and sumbreos in the rain... then we got really fucking cold and changed.

i ski when its raining no matter what.. because our season is so fucking short that you got to get as much in as you can.. but anyways.. our mountain sells these ghetto ponchos that i wear when i do.. ha ha.. they are phatt as hell and say appalachian ski mountain on them...

i skied in rain in quebec in feburary ( how the fuck that happened i hav no idea) but my 686 jacket and pants turned out to be totally water proof, they make sick shit

Have you ever seen 2 ducks fight?

I have and its really funny

I've always worn what I normally wear when skiing when I ski in the rain. The outer layer does get soaked, so I should probably get one of those plastic bags I've seen people with. I don't mind the rain as long as the snow doesn't get too grippy. I try not to stand around because that way my hands will go numb; my gloves suck in the rain.

I forgot to mention that visibilty is not too good. Not only is the light flat but water drops on your goggles have to be wiped of all the time.

I ski in the rain a ton, I dont want to, but I cant help it, I live in Ontario for fuck sakes, you ski in the rain or you dont ski. Except unlike whistler, I ski in the rain in mid february, sometimes january.

ive never skied in the rain before, only sleet, i guess im lucky for living in B.C

anyone who says theyve skied in the rain, wait till youve skied mid atlantic, NJ and south, rather than put 'snow' in the daily report, they put 'precipitation'
