Hi, im from argentina and thinking of stopping in mammoth for a week. I really dont know how the season goes in the usa and how the snow changes there. Im going the last days of february and want to know if i would see some slushy snow for park, mid season snow or maybe some pow. I know it always depends on the forecast but watvr. Thanks and sorry for my primitive english.

It's hard to say man, Mammoth has fucking weather tourettes. You should still come, though, I'm sure you'll have a good time.

P.S. Wednesday is latin night at Rafters (a bar), es muy caliente.

Skiing at Mammoth In February. They have a long season, they barely even closed from last year to this year. I want to go.

That sounds like as good of a bet as anything. Lots of really cool stuff around the area like hot springs that I want to check out next time I go back. Last time I was too tired from skiing every day to do much exploring. Go for it and you'll still be able to have fun if you have to take a day off from skiing.

feb/march is when i would hope to go, honestly. i can't tell you exactly how the snow will be this february of course but that's great timing and california gets an unbelievable amount of sunny days so your chances of showing up then and getting bad weather/snow are super low
