Skiing in Jeans!

Well if you're looking at a powder ski they are a great price for what you get! I was looking into New Lifes for my next pair of powders. Ill admit I have heard ups and downs about Double Times, but I think for about 500 you can get a decent ski to shred the park with.

I am unsure of whether this comment is filled with hate, or a very honest tidbit about yourself.

Anyone would like to give me advice on how to cut my jeans so they fit over my boots. I know you cut the inside of the jean and split the jeans in 2 by cutting a bit up the middle but what do you cut it with? K+ for advice

I've cut both my ski jeans with scissors and have stretched them over my boots every time i ski and they haven't ripped

If you cut them with scissors, and then sew a triangle shaped patch back into the slit, they will be wider, fit over your boot, and won't rip/frey!

Thats some serious dedication right there. Right Arm. Denim also protects against rattle snake bights, so you will never have to worry!

I skied/snowboarded in skinny jeans the last few days of the season and it was awesome. I was really comfortable, probably more so than in my regular pants. Definitely going to do it a lot more on warmer days next season. You should try it out!
