Skiing in Austria

I'm about to move to Salzburg for a semester abroad. Hit me with your best advice on where to get the goods in and around Austria on a student budget. Doesn't all have to be resort either, I'm going with a touring setup. Also bringing my enduro bike, so put em there if you have favourite XC bike spots

Yeah. I almost prefer soft snow summer glacier skiing to winter pow tree runs.

but nothing is better than pow

I can’t say the same... although slush skiing in a hoodie hits pretty good. Feb-April should be cold enough to provide the goods and then it will be time to bring out the wheels ?‍
