i can imagine that everyone on this site has some pretty crazy dreams of them skiing

so post em' up!

A while ago I dreamed that i was in a big air comp and i wanted to do a double cork. I've never landed a single cork before but it looked so easy! I dropped in going towards the jump confident i was going to stomp it. took off the lip, got around the first cork, and then about half way through second cork i landed on my head.

I managed to get up and afterbang anyways even though i ate shit.
 
I was happily skiing down the beautiful dream pow-pow with a few of my friends when the slope suddenly came to a massive vertical drop. I stopped just before this massive cliff and then decided to just hit it and I was in the air for like 300 feet just floating down to the bottom of the mountain. I got that weird but awesome falling-in-a-dream feeling and then I landed and just kept skiing on cooly. I was pretty stoked on that dream right thaar.

PS: I hate it when something amazing happens in a dream and you actually think it happened in real life, like you're awake...then you properly wake up and it's all like sadface.jpg.
 
im pretty sure it was a lucid dream where i hit an average sized park jump and went huge and decided to front flip then i decided to just flip again and landed a double front which is a trick i dont even like too much but it was a pretty sick dream.
 
all my dream was was me just taking forever at the slope to get ready, as usual, and i was just stoked to go skiing. then the douche bag next to me pointed out that his skis didnt have bindings so i must be dreaming. i was so pissed he told me it was a dream. he offered to let the dream continue for me so i could ski but it was ruined for me so i just said nah ill just wake up. so thats that...
 
this happened about a week ago but i still remember it pretty clearly haha,
I was skiing with tanner hall in his like private park somewhere and it was totally awesome then i sat next to him on the chair and he just started making fun of my bed head (idk why but i was skiing without a helmet hat or googles) then i double ejected my skis and fell off the chair lift. Then next thing i knew i was skiing down some groomer on my home mountain, and LJ Strenio came out of no where and guided me thru to woods to some like sick park in the middle of the woods with like its own chair lift. Then i was skiing there and hit binding broke and then Sammy Carlson came up too me and took some like snow out of his pocket and like put it on my binding then like said a magic spell and it was fixed then i was like immediately mad good at skiing and then i woke up and i was all sweaty it was awesome.
 
I was with my friends at the top of a BC booter we built. One of my friends was all like "do it you won't, pussy, 360 it no balls" so I just said " fuck it dropping in" like Ager and busted out an Octo Grab 900 first hit. In their amazement we all skied to the bottom were everyone bought me hot chocolate
 
I was at the Chalet on the top of Afton Alps. I saw a pair of Armadas that I had never seen anywhere before on the rack outside. I look up and Mike Hornbeck was standing there. And that was it haha
 
I have had two backflip dreams. One short one with only one flip, and another super vivid one where I threw at least 5 and did some weird sw blunt bio tree tap thing while skiing around a super sick mountain. The only invert I can do is a front. I also did a lot of really cool shit on rails and boxes. I also tend to get POV pow dreams right after a long, epic pow day. I get them as I'm falling asleep and jerk awake after a couple seconds. Hopefully I will figure out lucid dreaming sometime soon and start skiing there. Now THAT will be fun.
 
One time I was throwing rodeos on to flat boxes like it was no big deal.

Most recently I was at Camp of Champions and I threw a huge triple on a hip but I afterbanged too hard and fell on the ride away.
 
i just remembered another dream that i had a while back,

i was at some glacier camp and there was this really cool feature that they built

i said to myself coming up to the rail "first run of the day, this looks like an easy rail. just do a little 270 out" i get on the rail at a pretty good speed. get up to the end of the rail where the lip starts and huck my rotation. i end up doing the cleanest 450 off EVAR.

i even got that little tingle up my spine when you land an awesome trick for the first time. rode out like a G got to the bottom where the lift and woke up

best dream ever.
 
I often dream og taking Sarah Burke to a nice dinner and treating her like a queen.

Im from europe so fuck no homo.
 
About a week before the main british uni comp of the year i kept having dreams of throwing dub lincolns off the big air kicker (50ft euro x one) so much so when i got there i got into tge mindset that if i qualified for finals i was gonna try and throw one despite never hitting a kicker that big or doing a lincoln off a kicker that big. Sadly real world prevailed and didnt qualify as i stacked after overrotating a lincoln and just not sticking the landing on another. I also dreamt of skiing a perfect park with jibs and jumps all over the place (how i imagine breck to be as ive never been) and laced
 
I've dreamed about slaying neck deep pow many times. In one I sent a massive cliff, threw a diabolical kosak complete with pole grips on head only to land a couple hundred feet down in more neck deep pow and continue slaying. I was so moist when I awoke.
 
Once i dreamed i was going down a ski cross course stomping frontflips and mistys off of every little roller. It's dreams where im super good then i wake up and get disappointed
 
One time I had an amazing dream where I was charging down a HUGE alaska face in chest deep powder, floating of course on a pair of 2012 hellbents. Stomped a couple of flat 3s and rodeo 7s and frontflips off the cliffs and rode away having the best feeling ever. Then I woke up, and realized that I'm not getting hellbents for another 3 monthes, and I cant do any of those tricks, and I will probably never go to alaska. That day sucked.

I did a rodeo 5 POV style in my sleep one day before I ever knew how to do them, did it the next day at the mountain. It was the same visualization and feel in my dream. crazy
 
I dreamed that I was in some kind of indoor slope in Russia (dont ask why) and there were like 30 identical flat rails around 5m long all in front of each other, and i hit one after the other doing mostly 270s on and 270s off. then the dream ended. weird.
 
after i go skiing and im n bed im half asleep and im kinda dreaming but awake at the same time and it will be of whatever i was skiing that day. then when i actually start to sleep it feels like im falling from sleeping while skiing and i snap awake.

its really wierd and really hard to go to sleep
 
READ THIS, IT´S PRETTY FUNNY AND WEIRD!!! xD

In real life i spin right on everything except mistys, i do them to the left. But when I dream about skiing (wich is pretty much every night) I always do rails and mistys unnatural.

2 days ago I dreamt that It was easter and shush, and I was throwing suerhuge unnatty lui kang misty 9´s on 70 footers with sick afterbang.

I have dreamt this like 10 times the last 2 months =D Its really weird, guess i gotta learn those once.

Another thing was that I was shredding timberline at Mt. Hood and I cruised the park. I hit a big DFD box, and did a front swap, then fell down on my ass, still railing on the box, then I got up (unnatty).

And did a big front 270 out with afterbang so hard, that there came a LOUD smack (from my skis gitting the ground), and everyone turned around to see what it was.

Then, when they saw me they started clapping their hands, cheering and shouting to me because I was the pro.

I have also dreamt that I was driving cross country with Lj, Andy and Will, and I was like the rookie xD

 
That was the fucking funniest thing ive ever heard in s long time! +k for making me lol so hard I woke up my parents sleeping next door -_-
 
I had a dream last night about going to a ski shop and buying next years fulltilts. They were sorta different though, the doggers had a red back but everything else was blue like next year. It was so wierd
 
I was on a school trip a few weeks ago and apparently I started screaming about snow in my sleep, I think I had a dream about mount hood.
 
dreamt i was at work and Jossi Wells came in and wanted me to come help him shoot his next movie in Thailand? But for some reason Thailand was a local hill by Edmonton. Kinda weird but sweet heh
 
I had a dream I was doing handdrag 5's and butter 7's off rollers. I woke up right when I thought I was a half-decent skier.
 
I dreamt I went to do a cork sev or something on the big jump at Momentum but kept spinning to 14 and landed like 50+ feet past the landing and stomped
 
i had a dream where i was just amazing at skiing, like no ones business everything was so effortless, like how some people make it look in videos, i was hitting all these benches and doing countless rotations, i remember the feeling just being the best thing ever like i was floating, to pop onto a bench was just like the lightest move to float up to it, everything was so easy and amazing...

so anyways the next time i hit the park i ate shit.
 
I always have these dreams where I show up to a comp naked or without my skies or something shitty. Then I have these dreams where its all massive backcountry booters! I hope my second dream comes true!
 
In most of my dreams there are fields of powder with a bunch of perfect jumps that i somehow get like 6 seconds of air time. Doing tricks always seems so easy
