Skiing dreams are fucking awesome

even though I haven't skied in a half year (I am a recreational 1 week/year family vacation skier), and only did backflip and frontflip. Sometimes I get these wicked skiing dreams where I am pulling of stunts like extremely steezy, going huge and pulling of grabs and spins and shit. I had one 3 days ago. It's kinda strange cuz I get these skiing dreams once every month or two but when I have them they have the same vision, same mood, same atmosphere. It's like a series. Can you relate?
 
i sometimes dream about skiing, but when i wake up i mostly forget everthing immediately. What stays is my head is the feeling of happiness and skiing, because my dreams feel like reality. Whenver i get that feeling, i know it is going to be a good day :-)

However, i am learning to lucid dream right now and the fact you can control your dreams while sleeping motivates me immense to continue it. How awesome would it be to throw a quadruple flip over chad's gap while eating burritos?
 
all my dreams are skiing that I can remember but they are different every time. resort is always different too. and it's not a real resort either. like a made up one every time. conditions are always way different too. a lot of them are at night for some reason. and I haven't had a snowboarding dream in a while but I used to be on a snowboard in some of them too. two nights ago I had a dream the homie got like impaled on a rock or something sending some sketch early season huck blind and i pulled up his shirt to see a nasty bone sticking out cause hes just wearing a t-shirt for some reason. They usually arent about injury though. usually just skiing or sometimes working at some resort. thats crazy that yours are the same every time. Mine never are. I CAN relate however to going huge in dreams
 
I got in trouble when I was younger for weed and I got locked up for a month in a juvy. It was the first time I stopped smoking bud for a while and well I was in there I had the most vivid dreams about a bunch of shit, but I still remember this one skiing dream in particular where I was just bombing around my old mountain just throughin down the craziest shit ever. After that I kept tryin to have dreams like that but couldn't.
 
I dream of skiing very regularly. I don't get to ski more than 10 days a year anymore.... But when I dream, I dream so vividly it's just like I'm living it. The weird part is that I can stop, slow down and look at myself from a 3rd person perspective. It's super fun to dream about different grabs, spins and especially rail (I struggle in real life). I think it's because I watch so many edits....
 
I've been freestyle skiing for 3 years now, and in my dreams, (should i have the rare skiing dream) it's always a trick i've been working on landing for a while, so it just adds to the hype, and for some reason makes me decide to attempt it next time, (finally got my blind 2-ons last year) thank you sleep!

same also rails become the most natural things ever, always makes me think of how awesome it would be to be at the pro level and just be able to throw whatever you think would look cool
 
I wish i had more skiing dreams than i do but the ones that i have had are amazing, i had a dream that pc was in my back yard and i was just ditching school and going skiing all day
 
I can completely relate and the nearest ski resort to me is a 20+ hour drive so i feel you. I dont even get snow unless i drive farther north
 
I had a dream last night that my small local hill got a huge 10 kicker line and some insane huge rails and I was pulling 6's off them and doing dubs. it was sick
 
Whenever I have ski dreams my mountain is distorted. Like I'll get off the lift at my home hill and I'll see a a huge mountain range in the back (I live in PA). Then I'll go to the small jib park, and it will have like 45 foot jumps, where as it normally just has a few small rails and a roller or 2. And then I go to the other park, and my friends meet up, and some of them have on different gear than usual and the others are normal. And I remember there was this cool quarterpipe, and we were seshin it. And I did like a switch butter 3 and my friends freaked out, but then I do a cork 7 off a massive jump, and they don't even care.
 
My friends and i have ski dreams constantly. We always discuss them and have decided that the place we all ski in our dreams is called 'Dreamland Snow Fields'.

I always have a dream where I'm skiing, I double eject and headed straight for my face and right as I am about to hit I jump out of bed and wake up.
 
My most recent ski dream that I remember was when my main ski buddies were all having a sunset session at our home mountain on a huge kicker and we were all tossing dubs and shit and it was super sick. If only it were real......

The other dream I recall most for skiing was weird. I was casual going to hit a jump, to much speed and I just kept going and the only way to stop was to point my tips down, so about 200 feet from where I shouldve landed I put on the landing gear and landed on the next jump in lines landing....
