Skiing and girls

like most sane people i like GIRLS and SKIING. the issue is i cannot get them both during winter weekends, i often have to decide between wheather i want to chill at my town and go to various partys and things like that or if i want to go to go up north in vermont. Almost every time i choose skiing, but it is quite annoying. i just want to know do you value skiing or girls more..

Skiing>girls for me
 
Get a group of girls to go skiing with you. They can go ski with each other all day while you and your friends lap the park, then at night you all party together.

Whoever said you couldn't have the best of both worlds?
 
if you stay home to hang out with chicks i just figured out how serious u are about the sport :) im telling you one of the best ways to make urself look sweet is bring chicks with u to something u are pretty good at. Get a group of friends that dont ski and make sure some of em are girls ur interested in. Dont teach em how to ski just show them that u know what ur doing (they will be impressed) take the one who handles the stress of the new sport and invite her with u next time by herself. Having girls around when u ski can be a bummer unless they are legit. in that case they improve the experience. I def think girls can be make or break for a ski crew.
 
Just find a girl who likes skiing, then you don't have to choose between the two. Then your choice becomes partying or skiing...party if the weather will be shitty the next day.
 
I spent all of high school doing that. Skiing every weekend

and then being bummed when I found out what I had missed on mon. In retrospect

it was totally worth it. You have 5 months maximum to go skiing on the east

coast. Do it as much as you possibly can because when you head to college and

eventually get a job, at least in my case it wasn’t the high school parties

that I missed the most. It was waking up at 7 on a sat. morning not hung over

so I could spend the whole day having the best time possible with my buddies. Go

skiing you will have more fun.
 
my girl skis, so I don't really have this issue. The only thing that sucks is that she works on Saturday mornings, so if we're skiing anywhere other than home, I have to make the decision whether to bail and go skiing, or stay home and hang out with her after she gets off of work. Obviously I always choose to go skiing. Fortunately, she understands since she is a skier, too, so I don't ever catch any shit for "choosing skiing over her". Plus we live together, so it's not like we don't ever see each other because I always go skiing.

if I were you dude, I'd go skiing. Girls come and go. Skiing will never break your heart.

Lets be honest, riding with a girl is going to slow your crew down on the mountain. i don't care what you say, a girl will slow you down unless a) u suck b) u dont care about charging c) ur dating a girl who kills it (very rare)

That said, if it IS a pow day, and she's a lagger? get dat bitch in line and let her know there aint no frandz on a pow day, yo.
 
Or date a girl who isn't super clingy? I don't ski with my bf every single second I'm at the mountain, even though we're both there. He hot laps the park and I don't usually want to spend my whole day there. Most of the time I'm with my own crew of friends and I'll just meet up with him for a few runs or kinda bounce back and forth between being with him and being with my friends, if we aren't all just skiing together as a big group. And, for that matter, if my friends (who are almost all guys) wanted to go ski something that was way beyond me, I wouldn't get pissed about going off on my own for a bit. Hell if I care.
 
get a girl who rips! duh, or is competitive. For example, I'm always the first down the mt..or I get mad brah. And I conqur to dingosean....absolutley no friends on a powder day. and I agree...skiing with someone who slows the crew down is a total buzzkill
 
There are always lots of hot bitches coming to my cabin(mansion) to hang in my hot tubs for the weekend. I go skiing, come back hop in the hot tub and before I know it I'm surrounded by half naked women and beer.

OP i always had the same dilemma. It is what it is, do work during the week and by the time you have an opportunity to chill with a girl that doesn't conflict with skiing just lay down the moves and call it a day.
