Skiing and ankle injuries

so i pulled a tendon or something while skiing about a week ago. it feels like a bruise and its sore, and it hurts when i lean forward/into my boots and hurts like a bitch when i lean back in my boots and stand back up especially. i know its not a sprain because its higher up on my ankle, but anyway. do you guys have any advice on what to do to make it better or have any of you guys experienced something similar?

i got new boots recently too that are a bunch stiffer so i definitely feel more secure so i know i can still ski. but yea

im going skiing in a few days and i dont wanna be a bitch about it either so what do you guys recommend? just rest? anything i can do to help heal it? so far the only thing i can do to make it feel better is to take a shit load of tylenol and drink whiskey on the lift and avoid landing switch

It's probably not a pulled tendon but full-blown aids, I advise you to mainline heroin in your eyeball and have a good time.

try asking tanner hall or wrap it with a tensor bandage, take two extra strength tylonol and take up smoking weed, if it still hurts just see a doctor
