Skiing Alone

its kinda nice to have some beats going loud enough to hear them, and not having to worry about other people trying to talk to you/not hearing them. and you dont have to wait after every hit to re-group.

but i would prefer to ski with a group of people instead of solo.

I love to ski alone as long as i have music. Skiing with friends is fun but when your by yourself it can be fun just to cruise around

it all depens, i usually ski with my one ski buddy adn my buddy boarders,

but usually im alone before they show and after they leave, or sumtiems o nweekends, in that case il crank da beats, or jus meet up wit sum skier dudes, skiing alon i dont really like in the park cause i have no one to chill witm push me, and get an idea of certain lips ext...

so skiing with even 1other person is ballin

today i skiied alone half the day and it wasnt that bad. however i washed out every 3 that i did, and when my bro came i instantly started landing them. weird eh?

this thread should be in ski gabber i think

and yeah skiing alone sometimes fun if your just practicing but i usually like to ski with someone else

it sucks i only ski with one other person because he's the only other one that does park from my school / can keep up with my other wise .

i love going out in the morning though before the slopes are anihilated and just taking some nice relaxing runs with some tunes .

this season it's been like. fifty fifty...

ive been skiing alot of week days when people are working or at school. and my friends are just too hungover sometimes...

but if im alone i can go into the park without my friends complaining so its good...

I like it, it is really peaceful, and I don't ever have to wait.

It also fits with how much I end up hiking, because I like doing tricks well, and if I didn't get it to my standards, I don't want to wait until the next lift ride to do it right.

im on a freestyle team and this year my ankle has put my level down alot, so when my coach has given me stuff to work on I prefer skiing alone then with other people on the team, but thats cuz they are assholes sometimes.

for the most part i like skiing with people, but sometimes its nice for the morning

ive skied alone in the past, and its cool when im not in the park. I can rip at my own pace, pick my own lines, go wherever i want, eat lunch whenever, etc. its all pretty good. However i do prefer riding in the park with friends, i feel like i go bigger and do more stuff with friends.

sometimes I have had to. It is so boring I don't like it too much, sometimes its ok because you can do whatever you want but other than that its boring

if im in the park i need to be riding with other people to push me. if im anywhere but park i kinda like being alone its nice and relaxing and i dont have to worry about other people pushing me or slowing me down

I ski alone just about every time I go up just because I usually go up during the week when everyone's either at school or work. I could totally use some company but skiing alone is way better than not skiing at all.

getting first chair up in the morning and fucking around on the primo corduroy is soooo relaxing. pow days alone are pretty damn fun.

i don't mind it but i do like skiing in a group of good friends, because it is always jokes and i find i progress more.

i have a twin brother soo i dont think ive ever realy skied alone maybe a couple runs every now and then but never a whole day and we useally mob in a group of at least 4 or five today we had like 8 people it was crazy but its sick shredding in a group of homies.

not learning but practicing. i learn much much better when i ride with people who are alot better than me, when i see them throwing down i step up and wanna throw the same thing. once ive got it in my mind, i ride alone to get the trick on lock.

i am more focused, go where i want to go, ski the speed at which i want to go and get wayyy more runs in...but it gets boring around midday if none of the regs show up

i ski alone once in awhile, but yesterday i was out skiing 2 in half feet of pow was just hopping cliffs all day. so this one cliff i came off i went way to big, and ended up hitting a tree 2 feet in front of my landing. i was super stuck and couldnt move, luckly i was with my friends, so they came and got my out of my bindings, and out of the treewell. from know on i am never skiing backcountry alone.
