"SKIGASM" SKI MOVIE PREMIERS!! Oct. 10th & 11th in Reno

The title says it all folks. The two day film even we are calling "SKIGASM" takes place in the biggest little city on Friday and Saturday, October 10th and 11th. It will be Held in the Jot Travis Building on Virginia Street across from the dorms in the Davidson Academy Auditorium, The room is brand new and very comfortable and plush, making the viewing experience that much more "SKIGASMIC." There will be plenty of product to be given out including a pair of skis each night and there will also be vendors on hand. We're in the process of trying to spice up the "SKIGASM" by hosting an after party and bringing in whatever else we can to make this the most "SKIGASMIC" premier ever.

DOS media: Overlooked
Rage Films: Such is Life.

Doors open at 7:00pm and show starts at 8:00pm. Tickets are available only at the door and once it's full....you're SOL.

Damn i didn't even see that such is life and turbo are playing too... oooh you guys are in for a treat! yumm.. they were really good! No Reasons?
 
We considered having reasons as well, but getting a venue has been more difficult then we planned as well as more costly. If things run smoothly this year, you can expect more movies next year as well as the possibility of a rail jam and other fun things to maximize to give you the best SKIGASM possible.
 
We're in the works of getting after-parties planned for both nights!!! It's looking to be epic and the theater in which the movie will be shown is off the hook.... it has something like eight separate projection screens for ultimate SKIGASM viewing.
 
Hah i think i gotta get out of bed now and go finish that DVD Menu...
I mean what.. .our movies done completely.

Ohh and whoever asked about Reasons, its cuz Moment is putting it on and they are not involved with Poor Boyz. Just the movies they are involved with.. Uhh pretty positive on that reasoning.

 
Hey, at least we got Turbo, which is off the hook, and Such is life. has tons of tahoe, and california skiing at squaw and shasta, which is AWESOME.
 
Moment has a good part in premier and they have given lots of support, but it's the SKIGASM crew thats putting it on. These are the movies that were chosen this year. next year we may add to the lineup depending on the success. It also happens that reasons is already showing in Tahoe this year.
 
Well i highly recommend checking Reasons out as well.

It's unfortunate you didn't choose it for skigasm because turbo and reasons together at If3 is definitely what made me cream my pants. haha
 
The DOS media premier will be sick and Such as life is awesome. So everyone should go. Also on November 8th there will be a Reasons and Hunting Yeti premier at Mont Bleu Casino on south shore. So you can go to both!!! And First 100 people at the the Premier on November 8th will get a free early season lift ticket to Sierra.

I am soo stoked to see it! hopefully my epic crash made the movie!

it better be amazing, cuz if its not im gonna climb ontop of a roof and do one and a half frontflips and scorpion on the ground giving myself a "butt hat", and possibly causing death... you dont want to be responsible for that...do you?
 
also, i think im gonna bring a big tub of Gatorade to dump on your head after the movie...it just feels appropriate
 
Oh i would definitely be there if i could. :( Thanks to everyone for bringing these shows to northern cali... major props. Next year for sure. And i'll probably try to make it up there for the Nov. 8th premier.
 
might the after party be going down at fritz's? just saw a bulletin on myspace that said something about an after party for the moment party or something.
 
I'm in, sounds dope! Whats the address of the auditorium so i can google map it, I don't know my way around Reno haha
 
^wait nevermind. i just assumed it was there.... its at the JTSU. not the new union. i just read jex's post. sorry. it's still off of virginia street across from the dorms.

go up virginia street from hwy 80.. until you see the walking bridge across the street. it's the building to your right.
 
It's official!!! After party at Fritz's, featuring the SKIGASM drink special guaranteed to make you SKIGASM over and over. Hope to see everyone there and then once again on Saturday!
 
Anyone in the area should come tonight, it was great last night! so many throw outs and raffle prizes! and the movies are amazing!!! come check it out
